What these terms include. These are the guidelines under which we provide you with our products.
Why you ought to read them. Before sending your order to us, carefully read these terms. These terms explain who we are, how we will provide you with products, how you and we may modify or terminate the contract, what to do in the event of a dispute, and other crucial details.     2.3 How to get in touch with you. If we need to get in touch with you, we’ll do it by phone or in writing to the email or postal address you gave us when placing your order.
    2.4 How quickly we react. All letters and emails will receive a response from us within 24 hours of receipt.
    2.5 Emails are considered “writing.” Emails are included when we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms.

3.1 Your purchase. Your purchase request is made with your order. When you order a product from us, we’ll send you an email to let you know that it’s been received. Our order confirmation does not imply that your offer to purchase the products has been accepted.
3.2 How your order will be accepted by us. A contract between you and us will be formed whenever we send the product to you and email you to confirm delivery, which will mark our acceptance of your order. Each dispatch confirmation and related dispatch will result in the conclusion of a separate contract of sale between us for the products included in that dispatch confirmation if your order is shipped out in more than one delivery.
3.3 If we are unable to fulfil your request. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know and issue a refund for the item. It could be that the item is out of stock, that we have discovered an error in the price or description of the item, that we are unable to meet the deadline you have set for delivery, or that there were unexpected constraints to our resources for which we could not fairly plan.
3.4 Product availability. Every effort is made to guarantee that all products are fairly described and ready for shipping within the allotted time limit. If a mistake occurs or a product becomes unavailable, we will email you as quickly as possible and give you the choice of either reconfirming your order with the updated information or cancelling it. If you decide to cancel, you will receive a complete refund of your money.
3.5 Goods coming from an additional producer or distributor. Some goods are delivered directly to your home from the manufacturer or distributor. When products are discovered to be out of stock, we will give you a full refund of the price you paid for them and let you know in writing.
Your order number (3.6). When we accept your order, we’ll give it an order number and let you know what it means. Whenever you contact us regarding your order, it would be helpful if you could include the order number.

4.1 The actual product may differ somewhat from the image. The product photographs on our website are just meant to serve as examples. While we have done our best to ensure that the colours are displayed appropriately, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed by a device will accurately reflect the colours of the products. These pictures may not exactly match your product.
4.2 The product packaging might change. The product’s packaging can be different from what is depicted on the website photographs.
4.3 Specialized goods. You are in charge of making sure that the designs, specifications, and measurements we use to create the product are accurate if we are using your designs, specifications, or measurements.
4.4 Products linked to exercise and fitness. To reduce the risk of harm, we suggest customers to obtain expert medical counsel before using any fitness or exercise-related items. Always get medical advice before utilising any exercise or fitness equipment.
Electrical goods (4.5). Before utilising any electrical product, you must always check to see if a sufficient fuse or circuit breaker is installed.
4.6 Products for vehicles. Before starting your journey, it is your obligation to confirm that any vehicle-related products are properly and securely installed. Before making a purchase, you should check with the manufacturer of your car to see if the product is compatible. You should also check the product frequently while using it to make sure it is always securely fastened. Products for vehicles that have been installed or chosen incorrectly are not our responsibility.
4.7 Directions and recommendations. Certain of our items are sold in accordance with specifications and instructions (some of our guidelines and instructions are available of the point of checkout and in product manuals). Before utilising the products, you must make sure that all users are completely informed of all product guidelines and instructions.

    5.1 Please get in touch with us if you want to adjust the product you’ve ordered. If there is a chance for the change, we’ll let you know. If it is feasible, we will inform you of any adjustments to the product’s pricing, the date of supply, or anything else required as a result of your desired change and solicit your confirmation that you want to proceed. You may seek to terminate the contract if we are unable to make the adjustment or its effects are intolerable to you (see clause 8 – Your rights to end the contract).
    6.1 Modest adjustments to the items. We might modify the product:
    6.1.2 to apply modest technological modifications and enhancements, such as to address a security issue, and 6.1.1 to reflect changes in pertinent legislation and regulatory requirements. Your use of the product will not be impacted by these changes.
    6.2 Additional substantial alterations to the items and these terms. We reserve the right to modify these conditions or the goods, but we’ll always let you know first so you can cancel the agreement and get a refund for any products you ordered but never received.
